VASAVI PREMIUM NFC SOLID PROFILES are made with very well establised and proven european technology with reinforcement of 100 phr of natural fibers. This combination results in a versatile material that combines the natural look and feel of wood with the durability and low maintenance of plastic.
Vasavi Premium NFC profiles are solid profiles, as the same are not foamed with any type of foaming agents. Vasavi NFC Premium solid profile are made with high density ranging from 1.20 to 1.30 g/cm, which results in high impact strength, tensile strength and screw withdrawal capacity of 5883 Newton units. This profile can be used as door and window profile.
VASAVI CLASSIC NFC FOAMED PROFILES
VASAVI CLASSIC NFC FOAMED PROFILES are made with very well establised and proven european technology with reinforcement of more than 60 phr of natural fibers. This combination results in a versatile material that combines the natural look and feel of wood with the durability and low maintenance of plastic.
Vasavi Classic NFC profiles are foamed with European foaming agents to maintain high quality standards. Vasavi Classic NFC foamed profile are made with density ranging from 0.65 to 0.70 g/cm’, which results in good impact strength, tensile strenght and screw withdrawal capacity of 2158 Newton units. This profile can be used as door and window profile.
